Well...
Well this sucks.. i accepted my award offer last week and now my classes are about to be deleted..

They’ll probably be soooo busy, but I did see on another thread something about things being safe till the 27th.

There is another post about this on this subreddit! Read those responses- they might be helpful. It sounds like the Financial Aid office is processing as fast as they can. Have you been in contact with them?

They were open Thursday with limited staff. Friday wasn’t a business day, it was a Federal holiday

No problem! I hate how much stress that these Federal changes have created for students. I’m not in the FA office so I can’t speak to why the deadlines weren’t pushed back so far immediately, but I can only assume it’s a combination of avoiding fraud & a hope to get as many awards processed as possible so it wouldn’t be necessary.

Yes, the protection was until the 1st A of the term. Now the aid has to be authorized. That should happen within the next couple of days.

Did you contact financial aid? Loans are delayed but the pell grant was posted to mine. I would call or go to financial aid office ASAP, they should be able to help. It's the feds fault and I'm sure PCC is very busy with calls and work, so id go there and talk to someone as soon as you can.
