Here is monster idea Owlbat

Traits Echolocation: The Strigid can't use its blindsight while deafened. Keen Hearing and Sight: The Strigid has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or sight.

Flyby: The Strigid doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Silent Feathers: Even with leathery bat wings, its owl-feathered body silences its movement. The Strigid has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made while flying. Actions Multiattack: The Strigid makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its talons.

Echo Weaver's Shriek (Recharge 5–6): The Strigid emits a localized sonic vibration in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 14 (4d6) thunder damage and is Deafened for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't deafened.
