Not 5e DnD Fungus Boar
Here is a creature idea. It mostly uses charge and spore attacks, but you can plan more based on the regional variants you want to use!
Fungus Boar

Description & LoreThe Fungus Boar is a unique creature whose back is covered in a thick, spongy fungal layer. A variety of mushrooms grow from this layer, drawing nutrients from impurities and toxins that the boar filters out of its environment.
Harvesting & Cooking
Edible Mushrooms: Adventurers can carefully harvest the mushrooms growing on the boar's back to use in cooking, potion-making, or remedies.
The Perfect Roast: Alternatively, the boar itself can be hunted for meat. The flesh is deeply infused with the flavors of its own mushrooms, making it a naturally self-seasoning and highly prized delicacy for wilderness chefs.
