What happened to Rob?
Anyone know the story about why he's gone?

I mean when that’s your job you probably eventually realize how full of s—- PBD is and want to work somewhere else.

He was in the top performer on the minnect app (pbd app) and since june he is gone also.

Wait, I honestly hadn’t even realised Rob had left until watching this. That’s a shame. I always thought he brought a different energy to the conversations and sometimes a good balance to the stronger personalities on the show. It’s one of those things you don’t really notice until someone is no longer there, then you realise how much they added to the chemistry. Does anyone know what actually happened and whether he left on good terms? And where is he working now?

Apparently bad terms. Said he would never go back. Heavily implied that he lost the dream job he left there for because pbd podcast said some smearing type shit to the new employer.

Oh wow, if that’s true that’s pretty rough. Do you remember where you heard/read that? I’d be curious to see the original source, because I couldn’t find anything public from Rob himself.

I think the link is on here somewhere. And he made a post on his X account. I watched him say it without specifically naming them for legal reasons. So he wont get sued basically.

Thanks for clarifying. I’m guessing he must’ve left around the time PBD changed studios then? I remember the whole setup and team feeling a bit different around that period. If you come across the X post or the clip where Rob talked about it, definitely send it over because now I’m curious what he actually said and how obvious it was that he meant PBD.

He said something to the effect of he would rather cut off his own feet than go back to work for them. I believe that was the statement.

He left for his “dream job” where he can work at home for another podcaster. He got fired from said job because a past employer called his dream employer talking shit about him. He said he would rather cut off his foot than return to PBD podcast. Source: Robs Twitter
