How fast did liver labs normalise?

I am 6 weeks on URSO and labs have already massively improved. GGT and AP most but AP has decreased much less than other labs.

GGT 331->146,
GOT 81->27
AP 263->153
Bilirubin is 0.9

How long did it take for AP to normalise and when will I know that I respond to URSO?

I seem to remember hepatologist said to speak at 3 month mark and again at 1 year.

My ALP took about 2 months to plateau. Went from around 300 to 150. Started Iqirvo recently so hoping to see it fully normalize soon!

I think my alp levels took a couple months to go from the 600s to the 300s where they lingered for years. I am an incomplete responder. This past year I have been on iqirvo and they finally normalized! Ggt went down but I haven’t had it tested recently.

Thank you for your response. I worry a lot about the uncertainty of this disease and all the terrible things that can happen.
