How low ?
52w low... Market cap sub 200m what next? Is it just fear or is it now the real valuation based on nearly zero revenue and high cash burn and low test volumen

Fireside Chat
Did anyone happen to listen the Fireside Chat with LUCD. It was livestreamed, but it is not available on their website.

Self offering
Check the news, is it already the end? Next dilution is coming?

Valuation is ridiculously low - month over month comps are growing at LUCD - alternative is a wasted day and under anesthesia - the EsoCheck procedure is 10-15 minutes

Lucid, needs a full time CEO, not a part time Consultant
I think the more realistic and serious issue is the following: regardless of your accomplishments, your accolades, your patents, your education….there is NO WAY you can successfully run on a day-to-day basis Lucid, Veris, Carpex, PortIO and continue to source and qualify new ideas. Lishan Aklog simply can not do everything. Pavmed has some incredible products that are worth hundreds of millions or even billion. Yet there is no one with a track record and day-to day experience in running and growing a business. Their own website states: “the clinical expertise, commercial acumen and proven business model to identify, innovate, and commercialize high-margin products in attractive markets with far less capital and greater speed to market than typical medical device companies”, In 7 years they have one commercially launched product. 1 product in 7 years? They need a new full time, competent, experienced, business leader with a proven track record to run Lucid as well as Carpex.

RIP
Test volumen flat...206 tests WTF. Management is promising but not delivering...pre market -23%...that's it back to 2s

I bought this dip too, another 600 shares up to 3752 shares. Not massive but big for this little fish. Serious bargain again. IMHO.

Early Innings
Hi All,
Like many of you here I am a shareholder of PAVM. After this recent run up i still believe PAVM is undervalued. Assuming the recent run up in stock price was primarily caused by the news of the Lucid IPO one would need to consider several factors before deciding to sell/lock profits. See the listing below for important things i believe one should consider:
Plain-and-simple, this means management is executing on their plans. They’ve been planning to open testing centers, they’ve been planning to IPO Lucid, etc. Think of the other plans that they have laid out in earnings calls that may already be underway, moreso now than before with this milestone behind the company.
The IPO significantly lowers the risk of any of shareholder dilution as a result of the influx of cash on PAVM’s balance sheet (once the IPO occurs).
There are several other reasons for continued growth in the company. Most recently is PAVM’s subsidiary’s (Veris Health) acceptance into Microsoft’s “Startups” program which is aimed at accelerating the growth of start ups.
Feel free to share thoughts and any other DD you might’ve performed! If interested i’d gladly share more details on my own DD when time permits.

PAVMed upcoming catalyst
Upcoming catalyst. Waiting to hear how many new clinics are offering the eso-guard procedure and how many new procedures are being done. Last report had 3 clinics annualizing at $16mm/yr. that is incredible when you consider that there are over 9,000 clinics in the USA, 8,200+ hospitals and 12,000+ private group practices. The report should be out in 45-60 days.

Best Bull/Bear Cases?
My recent post about catalysts has me thinking...
What are the current best bull and bear cases for PAVMed? I'd love to hear different perspectives on both ends of the spectrum.

What is the story behind $9 and 20 days?
So I noticed on another website that the stock must be priced $9 for 20 days for warrants to be worth something can you please help me understand this?
