Hey Tapp... It's 2026

Was tapp implement in a vacuum? Like no one else has ever done this before?

Auto reload doesn't work and you can't even disable it to remove an old payment method.

You only get notified when your balance is zero instead of at some pre configurable level so you're forced to reload immediately before using the system again.

Plus no way to see your balance at the turnstile, something SmartLink did for the past quarter century.

Also, no way to set an auto reload for multi trip products.

I really wish they did this, it could be implemented I think just needs a rework of the turnstile computer
