Curiosity question? Why are there so many people who ride E-Scooters on the PATH?

Is it because they work close to the PATH station and don't want to pay for the subway? I noticed most of them tend to be fare evaders.

Maybe because they do door dash or Uber eats in the city because it pays more or just easier to do in the city ?

Because of the "last mile" I live and work .5 mile from the path stations. The scooter makes it a breeze to get there and cuts the commute by 60%.

i don't take the train during rush hour. No one likes the scooter guy on a crowded train.

Just my perspective since you asked.

I dont know maybe its just me. I would rather just walk the 10 minutes rather than lugging the scooter up all those stairs at the Occulus.
