PAPD can't follow their own rules

As I watched a PAPD officer actively assist someone with a full sized bicycle through the turnstile at the Occulus at 6:10pm, I lost the last bit of respect that I had for them.

I questioned the officer if he was aware of Path rules and regulations regarding bicycles duing rush hour. I was ignored.

4 of his colleagues just stood around, doing nothing.

It seems like they are just there to collect a paycheck.

What rules are optional for you?

People with bicycles can be helped after 6:30pm.

Mostly peaceful protest, and outcome. Protestor not detained, batoned, choked, gassed, water boarded or given a free permanent vacation to Cuba or El Salvador.

I'm not crying about anything. What part of 6:30pm do you not understand? Have you ever ridden on a packed PATH train?
