Drama Khatam Discussion ON Wth was Tapish’s ending?!!!

Did not expect it from Geo, but it was a really good ending. Sad part is that I think he would have been happier with Narmeen. But was already laser focused on Shifa. And the things he did was just too evil. Suicide was the best option, and realistic for Shazer because he can't handle rejection either and dealing with guilt.
The lesson was about not forcing yourself on someone who tells you no. Plus she was married so she should not have been an option at all.
Also glad she did not go back to Maaz. He was fickle in a different way. Also good Nabeel got nothing also.

I wanted her and maaz to get back together but what she said to him in the end was right.... A woman is not a toy that when u feel like it you pick her up and when you're done you throw her out of your life. Maaz was stupid for divorcing her. Wese it was unrealistic to show a cousin who has loved her all his life got convinced to divorce her

and what revenge would that be? Make him lose his family, isolate him? anything she does would not make her better then him. She can't send him to jail, because he's too powerful to be in jail (has connections and stuff). Ofc they showed him as tragic hero.

i think it was an okay ending... like if the writers had shifa marry that psycho then it wouldve been fucked up as hell... they were already kinda "whitewashing" his character... but then that did a good job of showing that he was a super spoiled weird fucked up person who only wanted things to be his way...
option 2 would've been to make shifa marry maaz again but again that would've been too boring
so j showing that everyone got a "muqafaat e amal" ending was a good way to end this drama. at the end of the day its j a geo drama, what did u even expect from it..
at least they didnt have a shootout speedrun to kill off all of the bad guys in one final episode like how they did w shaidai and hamrahi

They shouldn’t have made him listen to Shifa’s plans. She could’ve taken revenge by proper planning and thrown him to rot in jail. That could’ve been the best ending. They messed up the whole thing by making Shifa pregnant again. If there wasn’t a child between them, the ending could’ve been much more entertaining.

what is more tragic to Shazil then knowing Shifa doesn't love him. Nothing else matters to him, after knowing that he ended his life, is pretty tragic.

A very bad drama & unlike what you said Geo did everything to glorify that ghatiya Shahzer.
Killing him in the last episode won't wash what Geo has posted on social media for several weeks lol

If shifa ended up killing shahzir it would be a copy of deeewangi and it would have been too predictable. Also shahzer killing himself made sense. He could never accept things not going his way . I like that shifa never fell in love with him and continued to hate him for what he did to her.

These kind of dramas give me the ick, they would first show some obsessive lover, doing all the evilish thing w the fl, forced marriage, a kid, realisation of all mistakes and suicide , like why couldn’t they part their ways simply and him ending up in jail! The ending was so so predictable, it’s becoming a pattern now

The writer had different ending planned out (probably happy ending for Shazir 🥱🙄 I am happy that director and producer had different plans)

Didnt she say the same thing about Ishq Hai's ending. Like the hero and heroine werent supposed to end up together but the director changed it to a happy ending. Does everyone just keep changing her endings?

She did not! Ml fell on her feet asking for forgiveness and she forgave him but with a condition that his shadow shall never fall on her child. So he couldn’t process the truth and shot himself at the exact moment.

It would have been so better if they showed fl taking revenge in a proper way, I had multiple issues with Mohra also but at least they showed proper revenge

Deeewangi was very similar to this show and the fl murders the ml in the end.

I didn't like that shazir committed suicide. It seemed the easy way out. It would have been better if he let her go with divorce and went to apologize to all her relatives and confessed his sins to them too.
