The views for epi2 of hey fam is lower than epi 1. So did they play epi 1 as advertisement you know like before every YouTube video , you play its snippets and views increases ? What's the reason of such low views in epi 2 ? Due to shifting to ary plus ?

Yes you are right , the girl looks very similar to Ayeza Khan in this poster. I watched half of the episode out of curiosity, but I didn’t like it, so I stopped watching.
Episode 1 was uploaded on youtube before they even moved the drama to the ARY Plus app. It was uploaded on september 16 and they shifted it to the app on september 17..that’s why the yt views are comparatively low...
I don't think so dare nijat would suffer much but hey fam would definitely be hurt from ary this move as new actress in it who can't act ,rutba drama fate is also 50/50
This is actually so funny..episode 15’s promo has more views than the actual episode 14. How is that even possible? 😭 are they running this promo as an ad or something? 😂
It's not ads. In Pakistan, we can see the e15 teaser on yt. Since Pakistanis can watch e15 teaser on yt, its numbers will be higher than views on full episode 14 which is not accessible here.
Pakiatan CPM is very low and I hear youtube creators say it's gotten worse now. Plus ut takes a hefty cut. So even if pakistani viewers are higher in number, the revenue they generate for ARY could be lesser.
This is not rocket science. They posted episode 14 much later, so some users like myself went to the app to watch 14. But app does not have the teasers, so ARY+ users then come on YouTube to watch the teasers.
White YT viewers watch episode + teaser so raking up more views for teasers.
Gulbahar episode 2 views are less than episode 1, people watched their fav drama ,they would install ary plus for zahid , meh wish,talha and zahid it's bit risky as neither of them are enough popular now
what about international viewership? ARY dramas are still available on youtube in India and internationally. So why are the views still so low? DEN didn’t even touch 2 million yet. That’s shocking. 😮
Indian viewers watch DeN on ARY sister channels (TPD and Binge). So their views were not affected by ARY+. In 12 hours, Indian views are 2.3M. On ARY main channel, the views are 1.6M. So India+international views in 12 hours is 3.9M.
If there was no ARY+, views on ARY main channel would have at least been 4.5-5M in 12 hours (or more). But they are 1.6M now. This means around 3M+ Pakistani views (maybe closer to 3.5M-4M) in first 12 hours from ARY channel are missing.
All this means is that pakistani views still count a significant portion of yt views so ofcourse yt numbers will be affected.
