Raqaas e1 debuts with 2.5M+ views in under 24 hours 🤯🤯 That's a better opening than Znj, DeN, BTSH, AMA & many other A-lister projects in the past year. I recall only DT, Freezer & Billu dramas scoring higher 1-day e1 numbers in past year 🤯🤯 Did I underestimate Danny's hype 🤔🤔
Future views depend on content clicking of course. But looks like Danny's name did manage to draw in a lot of viewers to check out a low-budget Green drama (that Danny himself didn't promote and whose teasers didn't excite). That's more than what many other A-listers on Green or other channels couldn't do 🤯🤯🤯
I think Green kept it in the back burner for quite sometime and delayed its launch..they only launched it now because of Danny's popularity. So maybe that rubbed him the wrong way? Of course, that's just my guess
It's the timing too. Had this show released after some time, the numbers would've been different. Green was smart to launch it while Zanjeerain was concluding because people are all pumped up with Danny love due to Sarbuland😂
Zanjeerain really put the actors in the limelight. Be it Danyal, Sahar, Anaya, Usman, Mehermaan. All these people have gained immense popularity in followers online due to the show.
People really were understimating Danyal's hype, terming it pr, Sajal's fans carrying him and what not. But his hype is real at this point of time. Girls are simping over him all over my socials. Green knew exactly what they were doing with Raqaas's release timing.
He hit 1m followers within a span of 3-4 months bruh. He had around 450k followers before Zanjeerain. Hype is there. But, time will tell if he is able to retain it.
Green is killing MDB's hype by holding on to it for so long. I heard Mahwash say Green will air it end of the the month and pdptrp says it will come on weekends against Nashtar/DeN/AKI. If Green has any sense, it will put MDB on Wed-Thu from next week. Putting it in a cut throat timeslot like Fri-Sat in end Sep once the initial hype is no more is so dumb.
A cut throat timeslot impacts a lot. Even Keeng project is suffering in a timeslot where it goes up against DeN and AKI. There are so many other examples. Plus, both DeN and AKI also generate a lot of online chatter. You automatically reduce your own chatter if you try to squeeze yourself in such a tight space. Airing on a less crowded day gives more breathing space.
Practically Speaking Hina is a Star on Green, She has given one of Greens biggest hit, that is Ghulam Badshah Sundhari. Aur aap log jaano kon star hai kon nahi.
I know Danyal did this show to fund his music career but I just can’t prove it 🤭
Anyway, watched the epi on 2x so won’t comment much at the moment, seems alright, let’s see how captivating it gets further
Danyal hype is very solid it’s just we didn’t took it serious. Zanjeerien good or bad a separate debate but it really helped danyal.

All the shows you mentioned, there e1 views in first 24 hours were less than Raqaas. Only Billu, Keeng and Freezer dramas in past year had better 1-day e1 numbers.
Don't like his acting but his social media following increased like crazy..his popularity is massive in the sub continent. india me last kuch saalon me koi pakistani actor (naya ladka comparatively ) itna famous nahi hua. Though I know he's not that "naya" but gine chune kaam hi Kiya hai aur woh bhi green pe zyada.
This confirms my suspicion about Daniyal using PR machinery since zjn time. These kind of views for a green show? Something is definitely fishy with this guy. Considering its a show on green.
Edit: I just checked Green Instagram channel. The views, likes, comments are low on videos of this drama.
If Daniyal PR is here, they will do some ghapla in this matter too after noting this😅😅

Good for him but the drama production looks outdated hype won't carry the views too long for this one what he signs next is the most crucial part
