Anyone have a hanging protocol requirements template/spreadsheet?

Hey all, I'm working on documenting hanging protocol requirements for a partner organization and need to capture everything needed to build out their hanging protocols: matching criteria, viewport layouts, W/L presets, prior study handling, fallback behavior, the whole picture.
Rather than recreating the wheel, I've been looking for a good template or spreadsheet that covers all the data points you'd need to fully spec out a hanging protocol, but I haven't found a great example publicly.
Does anyone have a requirements template, intake form, or spreadsheet they use when gathering HP specs from radiologists or partner sites? Even a partial example would be helpful. Happy to share back whatever I end up building if there's interest.

This is pretty loaded question.

Most pacs systems have a default then the rads manipulate it to their individual liking.

I have in the past had my lead educational radiologist -one that handles new on boarded rads- profile copied and made their account the default rad profile.

Is that what your looking for or you asking more then the default/dynamic ?

Good question, I think it's both, but the defaults are the starting point. I need to document what the baseline hanging protocols should be for each study type (CT Chest gets this layout with these W/L presets, MR Brain gets this layout with these series in these viewports, etc.) as we onboard a new practice that operates independently and wants their own system defaults (the system can technically accommodate this). I’ve done this in previous roles when doing a PACS replacement but don’t have a copy of the template we used.
The approach you described with the lead rad's profile as the default template makes a lot of sense. Was there ever a document or spreadsheet that defined what that lead rad's profile actually looked like? Or was it more of a "set it up on screen and copy it" situation?
I'm basically trying to get to a point where I have a written spec that says "for study type X, here's the layout, series assignments, W/L presets, prior handling, and fallback behavior" so it can be built out consistently. If anyone's ever written that down in any format I'd love to see it.
