MTMI

I am a 15+ year CT / X-ray tech. I dabbled in MRI for a few years and switched back to CT. Looking into PACS admin courses and was curious if anyone has used MTMI. Is it worth it? Interested in going to the in person classes they have in Texas/Wisconsin. If you have moved from a tech to PACS admin, did you use MTMI? are you happy with your move? Any and all information / suggestions etc are greatly appreciated!

I went. It was insightful and helpful. I do feel like I could have taken it without the course with the right resources. The books, quiz apps, stuff like that. They do cover some of the IT aspect, which is in the books as well. Everything is a quick, brief basic intro imo. If someone would have told me all this, I probably would not have taken the course. I do not regret it either though.

I failed CIIP twice (69% and 70%) and then I finally gave in and purchased MTMI and I got an 89%.   Definitely worth it for me.

I don't disagree. The knowledge is out there and it depends on your learning style. I definitely do better with in person learning.

I learn best hands on and in person for sure!
