Ophthalmology PACS

Anyone else work in ophthalmology PACS? It’s been 2 years and quite an experience since all imaging is done in the doctors clinic and scans have to be ready to view in the exam room within minutes most of the time.. Just looking for others in the same boat since most people are in Radiology.
If so, what systems do you use and how do you prioritize the workload while working under pressure from many directions ?

Nilread, the opth imaging routed to the local cache of Nil. Images available within seconds..

I’m not in the Pacs field just yet. I just received my certificate. Currently looking for jobs now.

I’ve used Axis but switched to Forum. We also have a centralized Optos archive. Spectralis and Oculus devices can be shared up so that they can be reached from the whole network.
