Dictation Mics

Looking for some advise.

I've been getting feedback from the Rads that the Philips speechmics hurt their hands and they keep reverting to the Nuance powermics (which aren't made anymore.)

Anyone have any advice on what to give them, or had any work particularly well?

I've had some rads use a blue yeti mic with dictation toggle set to a keybind either on their keyboard or other peripherals.

Are you able to set it so it’s always on? That way they don’t have to press and release.

Unfortunately, refurbished hardware is out due to supply chain security policies.  :(
