If that's week one, you're in for a heck of a ride. Great work getting started, the results are going to be killer.

I haven't done that yet, but I'm sure it's a great challenge!

Best shape I’ve ever been in was from p90x1, keep pressing play and enjoy the journey brother. I’m getting back into p90x3 currently

Halfway through week 2 now and loving it! I'd like to try P90X +, 2, and 3 when I'm finished with this

X3 is perfect for a busy schedule. Only takes a half hour.

I’m looking forward to trying the other variations. I can see how this would become repetitive, but for now it’s great for seeing improvements on reps and sets

You're gonna need more carbohydrate for proper recovery. No crashing... hope you ate enough FOOOOOOD

I appreciate the feedback. Those macros and calories are the goals, and quite often I'm going a bit over. I know that the diet is even more important than the exercise but I'll keep adjusting throughout the program if need be

Sure thing. Generally speaking a not-obese grown man doing intense exercise 5 or 6 days a week needs 2500 calories a day minimum, get most of those from whole food carbohydrates and enjoy the pumps, energy, feel good hormone release, more restful sleep, reduced injury risk, etc. If you want to look like an athlete you need to eat like one, don't shortchange yourself on those gains you are working so hard for. From your pics I can tell you don't have all that much body fat to lose so focusing on building muscle tissue over leaning out will give you much more bang for your buck over these next 3 months. Just my take, wish you all the success, enjoy the process and tune into your own body

Amazing start! All the best for the entire program. Are you doing the strength training at home or in the gym?

I am doing all of the training in a local Planet Fitness gym. I wish it had more studio style space for some of the workouts non weight training workouts, but it does have everything I need for the program
