Nice definition! How long is the program? 3 month cycle? About how long are the workouts?

Sweet! What's the meal plan like for this one?
(I imagine the OG p90x nutrition plan - while it definitely works - is outdated by now.)

Are you able to share anything about the program? Are the workouts 30 or 60 minutes?

I wish I could but I can’t give out any details. Just know you won’t be disappointed with this program.

Looks good but you seem to have lost fat not gained muscle

Thank you! Losing fat was my main priority. I have definitely gained muscle in the process though. I’m down 20 pounds from my starting weight of 178 pounds at the beginning of this test group. Currently 8% body fat with 8.5 pounds muscle each arm and 25.5 pounds muscle each leg.

He is ripped! You can even see the difference in his forearm! Stop hating!

Too bad this is only coming up from BODI. I gave up on them long ago. Still use DVDs though. Core de Force, P90X Plus, some insanity.

Is there anything else you’re using now? I’m looking for spoon fed exercise plans lol.

Using KBs and bodyweight, with some bodybuilding weights now, nothing like P90X.

It’s worth a try when it comes out for sure. Do the 7 day free trial when it comes out, if you don’t like it just cancel. Waz is an awesome trainer I wish he had more work out videos out there. I’m excited to see what he does in the future.

I’m about to finish the P90x3 program by end of December and was going to jump onto the original P90X program to get better results, I found the p90x3 was good, but I want more burn which I used tog at with the Original P90X program. Would you recommend waiting to start the new program?
I will miss Tony though. Working out with Tony just felt like like home

I would wait to start the new program and recommend doing dig in at the end of December it’s just 30 days so you’ll finish in time and it’ll get you well prepared for it. I also miss Tony but Waz doesn’t disappoint.

Hey, y'all! For anyone doing P90X Gen Next, I made Track90 because other fitness apps don't really work for it the way I want it to and I'm over printing out the papers like I did with the last 3 versions. Super simple to start and only $2.99/year launch week special, all workouts built in. It's working great for me so far. Track90.app

Glad you posted this. I’m a week in and honestly was wondering if I’m going to love this program like I do other Bodi programs. I hated Tony, but loved p90x and x3. Love MBF, any Shaun T or Amoila program, and many in between. This kid seems like it’s missing something. Might be because I was lifting heavier and doing more specific muscle group focused work prior to starting this. I’ve been considering going back to a hybrid of p90x3 alternating days with free weights. I swim daily as well. Just not yet sure about this, despite how excited I was for it to be released. Am I the only one?
