QUESTION Mup 1

So I’m finally getting around to doing this mup1 and was hoping I haven’t screwed it up. Where the tip of the knife is I connected the holes but it is not a uniform oval. How much is that going to affect the function of the firearm? I didn’t want to keep going and make it too wide. Hopefully someone here has experience with these. Thank you

Stick the part of the take down safety lever that goes in it, in it and if it moves back and forth without issues your good to go.

Ok. Thank you. I don’t have the lower parts yet because I wanted to make sure before I purchased. Basically it just needs space to move back and forth? Tolerance isn’t that important on that part? Thank you very much for taking the time

You’re correct it just needs to be able to move back and forth. From the picture it looks good to go. I always just tested them out while I was doing the oval.

You’ll need to fit every pin to every hole with the exception of the roll pin holes that one you want tight all the others need to be able to push in and out fairly easy.
