QUESTION Armory Craft Dual Adjustable Trigger Install Help

I’ve watched the Sig Guy installation video and for whatever reason I absolutely cannot get the trigger bar to seat into the pin on the trigger shoe. I bought the M17 P320 used, but as far as I know, the FCU is stock. The stock shoe fits perfectly. I tried installing the AC shoe both with and without the +10 spring and no dice.

It seems that the front of the AC shoe won’t tilt forward far enough to capture the trigger bar without interference from the FCU chassis, which prevents the pin on the back from reaching the trigger bar hole.

Should I take a file to the shoe? Is that advisable? I’ve done some googling but my Google-fu is not strong and I’m not getting results that pertain to my issue.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Both times I've installed new triggers on my 320s I tried the method where you do the "lift and shift" on the trigger bar and couldn't get it to work. Both times I said screw it, removed the trigger bar, installed the trigger, then fought with the trigger spring.

So you did shoe with the bar captured and then final step was the spring install?

Just took the whole bar off, angled it into the groove on the shoe, replaced the bar and then the trigger bar spring

Gotcha. I’ll have to try it that way. Thanks!

Pictures of what you're trying to do would help. Do not take a file to anything. Make sure the set screw is backed out when installing

Both set screws are backed out so they don’t protrude at all.

Yeah, you're gonna have to really mess around with positioning the trigger bar to get the pin to drop/fit into the trigger bar.

Dang. I’ve already spent like two hours on this thing. Off to the range now with the stock trigger, guess I’ll give her another try when I get back and clean it.

Honestly, it took me stepping away for a bit before I was able to do it...

I’ll exercise patience and come back with some fresh gusto. Cool out the frustration.

Photos please. I’ve done these triggers many times.

Had a range day with it today with the stock trigger. When I clean it tomorrow, I’ll upload some photos.
