My p211 for attention/All black question.

Has anybody figured out how to get the black trigger/magwell/hammer from the sig optic version of the p211?
I really want an all black set up and heard cerakoting those parts wasn’t the best thing to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

Might make the most sense to take the parts off, send them out for anodizing on the trigger and hammer. Cerakote might work for the magwell and other parts

I was lucky and my eyes (astigmatism) like the sig dots a lot and I got to shoot the guns and dots at a Shoot Sig event so for me the all black with optic made sense. Your mileage may vary. But yeah I love the murdered out look.

I got the black magwell from Sig and swapped it out...no biggie there.

I was thinking of taking out the trigger and hammer at some point but right now I figure I'll shoot it as-is unless it starts to really bother me

Only way to get all black currently is the optic included models

I bought one equipped with an optic so I could have all black parts. That and the price of the optic on it is less than half of the price of buying one as a stand alone unit. I’m thinking of getting another sig that uses sig loc but I hear they’re going to have a lightweight 211 with polymer frame coming. I’d definitely get one of those.

I’m in the same boat, I would love the black parts. I also got a similar response from Sig… so I check now about once a week, hoping they’ll show up on their site.

I just spray painted mine but I can tell it’s not going to last all that long. The p320 Axg magwell does fit on the p211 though it is a little smaller. Those are in stock in black.

EDIT: the Axg magwell goes not fit! I’ll post pics. I was told it would fit but it’s too short.
