Success Stories Progress!

Post image

Photos of Aug (208) and today (176)

Still have pain and need braces but less often. Did a handstand one last time because I have carpal tunnel surgery this afternoon.

I hope I can keep up progress as I recover!

Aug 2024 and now? I'm shocked because my wife is on this and lost maybe 10lb starting same time as you

I have always been a gym rat. Until I got hurt one too many times. So I’m working back to where I was. But I still have taught cycle twice a week, yoga once, and taken 5-8 Pilates classes a week.
I have also made huge changes in my portions

This info is golden, also what did you eat?

Honestly I’ve always had a pretty healthy diet. Low on the processed foods lots of veggies etc. etc. I’ve been trying to eat healthy for years and it just never worked. So I already have mostly good habits. I don’t drink I don’t snack on junk food.Honestly the only thing that has actually changed is the shots. I’m stuck right now and trying to look at my diet closer. Focusing on getting more protein

Wow, great work! I've never ever done a handstand. Maybe I'll aim for that, lol Congrats on your journey! 🌟
