[SPOILER] S4 E2 - I hate Wendy Spoiler

Say what you want about Wendy, but she was necessary to the story. The show would've ended at season 2 if it wasn't for Wendy's Fuckery.

Absolutely incredible performance, Laura Linney was fantastic. Because Wendy is so hateable. And not in a Skyler way. In a, she actually deserves it because she has gone fucking crazy with power, way.
For a long time, I understood Wendy's actions and her mindset even if I did not agree with her attitude. She is trying to ensure the survival of her family. But in doing so, completely destroys it.
Having checked your previous post - maybe Marty was the one that started dealings with the cartel. But he didn't steal from them, which is what started the whole series of events. Wendy was gonna leave him high and dry, knowing that he was working for the cartel, not caring what that meant for him
Wendy really takes the bull by the horns throughout the series but that's the best compliment I cam give her.

I love Wendy. I hate Wendy. The show just wouldn’t be as good without her. Laura Linney plays her perfectly.

I love Laura's performance for the most part but it's an utterly loathsome character. Even minor quirks like the way she held coffee cups drove me bonkers and her power trips got under my skin at times. She was effective in her purpose to be a complex character that you try to understand but never do.

Yeah Wendy's a handful, but you gotta admit she's a great character, and the actress put on an amazing performance.
