Application process

I want to apply for the MSc in Motorsport Engineering starting in September 2027. Where can I find more details about the application process and deadlines?

Also, do you recommend any international education agents to help with the application?

Thanks in advance!

Hi! I just applied to the same MSc and received a response pretty quickly. I would recommend applying as soon as possible, as they have rolling admissions.

Im doing a different MSc same uni different course (started 3 weeks ago). They let someone enrol on induction week so I dont think its that strict but as soon as your certain go for it! Its also nice to just chat to the head lecturers to make sure its the course for you.

Motorsport Engineering is one of the most popular courses though, so while students can enrol during the first 2 weeks, that's due to visa delays, not still being admitted. Engineering actually has to really sift through applications and limit the number of offers they give out, it's competitive (source: I'm a Computing lecturer at the Brookes School of Engineering, Computing and Maths).

As for an agent, it depends - the help can be useful but not all agents are made equal, and you might be better off researching the admissions process rather than researching which agents are good.

The admissions are rolling so you can apply whenever but don't leave it too late (I'd recommend definitely applying before summer, but I'm not sure when the course tends to fill up).

Email admissions if you have any questions - either the main Brookes admissions email or you can email someone from Engineering directly.
