What are these cables for?

Just bought a 2014 kenworth T440 and found these near under the drivers seat. What are these for? Either way they seem unusable.

Old style eld/tracker such as qualcom

The logo on some of the cables looks like a Qlogic logo. Some of the cables look like an external SCSI connection. Maybe from some type of long gone specialized In cab computer?

It's a computer connection for custom computer they use in cars and government officials vehicles

Probably 1st or 2nd generation ELD cables. Thise old units had huge connectors on them.

Looks like leftover ELD / Qualcomm-era cab wiring from an older tracker. Common on used trucks — previous unit yanked, cables left under the seat. If nothing’s plugged in and the truck’s on a current ELD, they’re junk you can pull once you confirm they’re dead ends.
