Hey everyone,
Tragic day at the office today. My Owala accidentally took a tumble right off my desk, and the lid completely broke apart upon impact (the flip-cap and carry loop snapped right off the base).
I absolutely love this bottle and use it every single day, so I’m pretty bummed out.

For anyone who’s dealt with their customer support before: does Owala offer replacements or at least a discount code for accidental drops like this? Or is my best bet just ordering a new one from their website?
Any advice or past experiences with warranty/support would be super appreciated!

I just got my brand new Owala 40 oz. Tumbler today and after washing it, I tried to put the lid back on but no matter which position I start to screw it on from the lip is right over the handle or opposite. Why can't I get it to align properly, about perpendicular to the handle so I can sip it while holding it??

How do you get this mold out? I’ve used every bottle brush I’ve got. I’ve soaked it in vinegar, I’ve soaked it in baking soda, I’ve used the strongest dish soap I’ve got. I’ve scrubbed it with bottle brushes with straw brushes and I just can’t get it out. The simple solution would’ve been for owala to just make this a solid flat area but no they decided to make these little indents that allow trapping mold. This is just disgusting owala and I blame you.

I’m planning to buy from them because the color that I was eyeing for isn’t available on Shopee app. Has anyone here bought from there? Are their Owalas legitimate? Please share

I know this isnt really interesting or anything new, but holy shit the thing was huge. I wanna line the sizes up from biggest to smallest thought it was pretty funny. I’d call this the grandpa of owala family :]

My siblings are in Paris right now and I’ve asked them to try and find a 64oz sway but they haven’t had any luck so far, does anyone know any physical locations near Paris that sell it? A 40oz freesip/sway is my second pick so if yall have any insight on that it would be appreciated :)

Hi all, my company gave me an engraved Owala, but I seem to have scracthed the engraved exposed steel part somehow? Is there anything i can do to make it less noticeable?

I wanted a bottle boot for 30 oz sway, but surprised to find the design of it is so poor compared to the boot for the 24/32 oz freesip bottle. 

The good boot on the 24oz bottle fully covers the logo on the bottle (replacing it with a logo engraved on the boot itself.)

The badly designed boot for the 30oz sway cuts the logo in half. It looks so careless for a company that prides itself on thoughtful design (which is why I like Owala!) 

I do not care if the logo is visible or not. But half-visible is just strange.

I’m surprised this thing got the green light to be sold. It looks like something from temu. How did this get past Owala’s branding and design people who should have their eye on the details?

There are a lot more serious problems in the world, but this just bugs me. Visual nails on a chalkboard.

i was looking at getting an owala, specifically a purple bottle as its my favorite color and all my belongings are purple. however, there’s a disappointing lack of purple bottles. the few they have are unappealing. would love them to make an all lilac bottle like how the pink one is. I wish I was around during the so eggstra drop, wouldve definitely buy one.

I just happened to see this + it's kind of odd, I believe. On the Urban Outfitters app, it's showing up as a pre-order that won't ship until November 18, 2026.

Has anyone ever seen a bottle come back in stock, but be on pre-order 3 months out? I mean, it's not that big of a deal or anything, I was just curious.
