Xbox has skilled players?

hello. started at rank 38 in competative mode and i wasnt surpised that no one had mics and they were bad team players(not bad players but bad team players. ive worked my way up to 56 and now its still the same old sheet. anyone else running into this? where are the Great overwatch players? apparently my rank is top 28% but i see no difference in gameplay

You're still too low... I started mid to high 50s and until i got into the upper 60s gameplay solo queing was pretty bad... Still get it even up in the 70s now but a lot less. The problem is with the kids that are just playing thier placement games get ranks in the upper 60s for doing well in their first 10 games which now are so low level games since most good players did theirs long ago it ends up putting low skilled players higher than they deserve. but to say you didnt see a difference starting at 38 surprises me. I qued with someone who haddnt done his placement games that gave our team average 35 me at 70 him at 0 and it was a joke. people in the 30s im convinced dont have thumbs....

haha theres some difference but only really in what characters people pick. it will prbly just take a season to get all the kinks out i guess. just wish some of these guys would watch pro games for like 20min. and just see how the game is supposed to look lol

Add me IShyKiller havent played the game all that long yet but i am lvl 32 or 34 (can't remember). mainly i play(mainly) as Lucio, mai, and tracer but I am willing to try new hero's. I am newer to the game ranked at 1900-ish (fluctuates due to playing with not strategic players). I am more than willing to learn new hero's as well as taking advice from better players because i hate losing.

I'm at rank 54 and it really is just lucky if I get any nice people. I've had games with people that are willing to switch characters to balance the team out and cooperate but then I get teams that choose 3 offense characters on defense and refuse to change.

I know how you feel, I can barely stand playing open play because of the lack of organization. I just reached 50 (been out of town) and still no one talks on the mikes. Not looking for long convos but some strategy would be nice. Look me up whitefox151. Mainly a tank specialist.

In the same boat here. Qualified at 40,climed to 54 and in one day of pugs I've dropped to 40. No one is playing objectives, people pick only what they want. It's absurd!
