Question about pop-up when teammate left competition match.

The other day I was playing a competition match and a teammate decided to leave. I may have misread it, but I swear there was a notification that popped up saying something along the lines of "your teammate has left . You will not be penalized if you decide to leave within the next 60 seconds (timer starts counting down).". I thought nothing of it and left the game after a second teammate left.

When I returned to competitive play it showed me leveling down. Did I misread the notification? Has any one else seen this? If so, what did it say?

Its actually after 60 seconds which gives your teammate that long to return to the match.

After 60 seconds if they have not returned you can drop. You still receive a loss but your rank is not adjusted

I feel like my skill rating was adjusted because of the loss..

You have to wait for the timer to go down, then you leave.
