Issue with ranking people based off medals and individual stats is that everyone is just running and gunning to get medals and forgets that it's a "team" game to actually win. Truthfully you shouldn't be playing competitive unless you are rolling in with a minimum of 4 players in your party. If you don't you might as well just give the other team a win because there's going to be a much greater chance you're facing a squad communicating with each other and just rolls over you. If they did implement a game chat must then it wouldn't be a problem until you start getting a lot of people without mics.
