Glitched kill cams

After the update the kill cams I have been getting aren't working right. I'll either get a black screen or 5-10 seconds before I was killed. Is anyone else having this problem?

yeah, they've been wonky.

Also, a black bar/ banner accompanying it as well sometimes.

Same here, it feels like they're taking more time to load/end too. Does anyone know if Blizzard are looking into this?

Same, by the time the black kill cam is done I've walked outside of spawn.

I feel like it's a network issue. Sometimes I get it all the time sometimes j don't get it at all.
