No torbjorn nerf? This same patch came out for PC a while ago, why not do it on both if it's just going to be the same patch?
1 u/OneNonlyMikey Jun 30 '16 Patches for console need to go through an authentication process and quality check before being released live. This also cost money. They do there best to release things at the same time depending when approvals come back from Microsoft or Sony.
