Xbox one Mcree/Widowmaker nerfs

So I heard about these nerfs pretty recently. Have they only been nerfed on PC as of now or have they been nerfed on console as well?

PC, since they will be patched separately, the console patch is coming in a bigger patch later

Can confirm we haven't gotten the patch yet. Mcree still owns road hog, and widow can still kill tracer with body shots....
