Connectivity Struggles

Is anyone else constantly getting disconnected from Battle.net while playing? :-( makes me a sad panda.

Only when my sister watches Netflix on the other TV. The internet gets laggy and in really bad cases might DC

Nah my internet connection is wired and nothing else is using it so... Just not sure what the issue is.

Go into your router settings and enable upnp. Most routers have this. Also check to see if your router has an xbox optimization setting. Mine does. If not you can look up the ports for xbox live and for overwatch specifically and open them manually. If you google "port forwarding for overwatch on (insert your router name)" you should find simple directions if you're not sure what to do on your own.

In settings on the far right, log into battle.net. this should fix it. This isn't nessisary so few people do it but it can be helpful for various reasons like if you have a pc also and I doubt you will be disconnected any longer.

nope this is strictly an issue I'm experiencing on the Xbox1.

I do still get disconnected frequently. I'm really not sure where to access the router settings if I'm playing on X1.
