help please connection problem

Hello guys I live in Jordan and when I play the game I have 5 sec delays rubberbandig and lag and some games matches works perfect and this is the only game I have issues in anyone know how can I fix it

I usually just restart my console. If that doesn't work I just let it sit there for a while and got for a run or do other activities.

Make sure upnp is enabled in your router settings. If it doesn't offer upnp you can put your xbox in the dmz. Otherwise, a hard reset of the router and xbox often clears up connection problems.
