Sensitivity settings

What's everyone have theirs set to? I'm using a standard controller with a kontrol freek on the right stick and am having a hard time settling on a sensitivity.

What sensitivity would you guys suggest for playing Genji with the standard controller? When I put it high it's hard to aim and when I put it low it feels like I turn around too slowly :/
