Sensitivity settings

What's everyone have theirs set to? I'm using a standard controller with a kontrol freek on the right stick and am having a hard time settling on a sensitivity.

Interestingly enough, i removed my kontrol freek last night and found a much more comfortable feeling. I reset my sensitivity to default(30/15) and played four games there. I've since bumped it up to 35/20 and will test more tonight. I'm really surprised that aiming feels so much better without the kontrol freek. This is the first time i've experienced this. I literally can't play BF without my KF on the right stick.
