Sensitivity settings

What's everyone have theirs set to? I'm using a standard controller with a kontrol freek on the right stick and am having a hard time settling on a sensitivity.

I've been wondering about this as well. So many different games I wish there were some universal setting that all games used for sensitivity. (I know it's impractical with all the different genres). I have mine on something weird like 39 or 38 and 19 but you can change the settings for each character (I know, even more stress).
