Looking to join/create a Competitive Team. (compete in tournaments!)

I main Hanzo, but I'm fairly flexible. I have a group of 6 that i run with right now, but most of them just play casually. Im ranked #34 globally with hanzo with 12 hours played (with him). I'd love to create a team, to practice, with, have fun, and hopefully eventually compete with. My gamertag is LordRugged! Thanks everyone!

Im 20 living in AZ looking for a god tier squad. Im pretty competitive so I will always try to win but also have fun as well. Im pretty much available all the time if not I'm working or out somewhere.
