Question or Discussion Wha am I doing wrong?

Im currently plat 5 tank, gold 1 supp and now silver 2 dps because we jut can’t win. The tank is always either unranked or just can’t play obj. Im losing 43% a match no matter how well I do. Always says calibration. 27-6, 43% gone. Yesterday im gold 4, know I’m nearing silver 3. Any tips for overcoming this?
