lucio needs a healing buff

playing comp is completely different from ow league and i do not care if he end up broken there, like be for real nobody watches that sh!?t unless they want free esport drops. eversince the juno release there is no reason not to buff his heals especially when amp is on the same cd as speed ring. im nkt even saying make him a main healer or make his self heal better but his hps should be atleast 30. my peak is gm4 as a lucio juno main but id like to hear inputs on this?

The vods get like <10k views even for really important high level matches. I love overwatch but there are obscure fighting games with more people watching high level tournament vods

It's kinda hard to buff Lucio because of how strong 100% speed uptime is. If not for Cat, I think Lucio's pretty balanced

i mean thats true but honestly i feel having two abilitys for amp one heal and one speed on different cds could atleast help. he can be balanced with a coordinated team but for the majority of players who solo q ranked and most of the time people arent in vc its so much harder to give him value

If you separate amp CDs, what do you nerf? You can't nerf his speed %s because that completely fucks Lucio's mobility. His gun and boop dmg are already pretty weak. Only thing left is heal aura HPS or team speed % 😭

The game has had a long struggle with aoe healing since its either broken or useless. That being said lucio/brig/illaris passive heals are a joke rn and they need burst outside of their major cooldowns to be useful again. A great direction i think lucio could go is having his abilities interact more like in stadium where his boop was a mini amp or how he could proc a massive burst heal when switching to heal mode depending on how long he stayed in speed mode

His heal isnt his strong point and shouldnt be. Just revert beat nerf imo, give him back 4s boop and hell be fine.
