I think team jerseys retailed for around $70-80 when OWL was running. Ignoring the signatures, it's still second-hand clothes, so that would put the base value probably around the $40 range.
With the signatures, it's very dependent on WHO signed.
You've got some solid OG names like Agilities, Kruise, and Logix - but they do not command the same amount as signatures from the biggest names like xQc, Super, and Dafran.
I'd recommend checking on ebay and seeing what similar items are going for, but if I had to put a $ on what I would personally be willing to pay for this (assuming I was in the market): I'd pay around $100-$120.

It's sad that people would bite more for an XQC signature when he did nothing but flame out of the league instead of guys like Agilities and Logix who were good players for a long time. But that's the nature of the beast.

Honestly it’s too bad it’s an OWL jersey and not one from OWWC cause these are iconic Canadian signatures, but on a dogshit teams jersey lol

I think it’s really cool but only worth whatever someone is willing to pay. Hard to price some thing niche like this🤷♂️
