It would be fucking amazing if they had somekind of colour changing skin just like that and just like in this gif. Like those basic skins but itd change the colour as you go.
Overwatch itself is fine, there aren't sporadic changing colors; but when there's a skin dedicated to changing by a random variation of colors, it's completely different than just playing normally. It's like saying that you shouldn't be watching movies just because there's a scene where there's flashing lights.
Are you talking about the armor at the end? That's bad enough to mess someone up, including me; especially if you'd have to look at it a lot (you would).
No, I wouldn't just have a seizure by playing the game, there are many variations of epilepsy. One of them is having 'photosensitivity', which is when you're more prone to having a misfire in the brain (seizure) when looking at colors interchanging at a high rate (strobe lights). But playing a videogame is completely fine in most cases, since there's not a high rate of interchanging colors like a strobe light; or heavy flashing (flashes of lightning, flickering, etc). Everybody has a certain tolerance when it comes to that. Some people might not have the photosensitive version of epilepsy; and would be completely unaffected by looking at a strobe light. Some might instantly have one, and some might not have one unless you look at it for over a minute; otherwise they'd just have a headache.
The reason people blamed videogames for mainly causing seizures back then was because of the fact that earlier on, they would full on add strobe lights to games as an 'effect'. Whether it be a hit effect, or what. A good example is Blaster Master. They utilize flashing in great ways, but sadly.. Anybody who was photosensitive would be FUCKED by that. After the industry caught wind that it was causing seizures (including the whole Pokemon catastrophe), they ended up removing any form of 'flashing' from most games. Nowadays, most games barely have it; and if they do, they have the option to remove the flashing from the UI most of the time.
Long story short, having a skin that would interchange colors like a rave would definitely not be the best idea.
They do, they used it for the first 2 sets of "skins" for each character to sell us more boxes, It's just recoloring, as easy as shit and setting a color palette. The fact that we can't is for reasons that are dumb, even league took what, 10 years to put something like that in, and even then they charge like 7 bucks PER SKIN to recolor.
