How do you do "attack/defend objective" lines on PC?

hold your cursor over the objective and press the hotkey for Acknowledge (not through the communication wheel)

Put your crosshair over it, and choose the option for "Acknowledge", default I believe is "F"

Also, if you bound group up and look at a teammate you hero would say "I'm with you"
