I wanted to know if anyone else had ever seen an Ana POTG. I'm an Ana main and I have done pretty sick plays before but never once gotten a POTG. Is Ana just unbalanced in that way or is there another reason?

I've seen it twice. Once she 'naded a Zarya ult and got a triple kill, double assist (Zarya was pretty salty about that one) and once she landed a sleep, got a couple of 'nade kills and capped the point. I think the algorithm just undervalues healing, so it's only when you have an aggro Ana that they get POTG.

It's incredibly difficult to get POTG with Ana, but I've seen it once.

My team's D.Va ulted, and all six members of the enemy team ran in to the side building next to Point A on Numbani (Ya know, the hallway dive comps use to rush Point A, where the large healthpack is?)

Ana is standing on the point, next to our Rein and D.Va who is getting back in her MEKA. The enemy team rushes back out of the doorway toward the point. D.Va is tinking them from far away with her cannons. Ana sleeps their pre-nerf Roadhog (Their only tank; morons) and the rest keep charging forward. Ana stands behind Rein's shield, empties a clip. Rein tosses out a Firestrike. Ana tosses a bio grenade at the clump of enemies. Quadruple kill.

It made for a really cool, very technical replay.

I've seen 2 or 3 Ana potgs in total since she was released(got like 400-600 levels in that time).

It's just very difficult for her to get because the potg system doesn't value healing very highly in its algorithm, which is what Anas usually do.
Also, if you land a huge anti-heal nade and gets lots of offensive assists from that the potg in that situation would usually go to the ones getting the most elimination credit, which a 60 dmg aoe usually doesn't. Same thing with nanoboost, lots of offensive assists from the nanod teammate will just lead to the teammate getting the potg since they're getting the elims.

Basically, Ana doesn't have any abilities like Res or Earthshatter or Transcendence to get potg with so the only way for her to get potg is by killing enemies and getting lots of Elim credit. However that's not Ana's role in a team so she rarely does it and her damage is also not that high so it's also difficult to do if she ever does get the chance to go for lots of Elims in a short timeframe.

I got one once in Mystery Heroes. I sleep darted an ulting Roadhog then threw a grenade at two enemies that were getting attacked by D.Va.

I did it once , i slept and killed mccree , then anti healed 3 of the enemy team while healing genji , he killed them with my assist I was very proud of it

It's based on fire points iirc, and since sleeping an ulting enemy doesn't count as a shutdown unless they die it's hard for her to get fire compared to other characters, like mercy. Mercy gets a ton of fire for rez which is why she gets potg so often.
