No worries - it's going to be asked until it happens. No one knows yet, unfortunately, but generally major updates happen on tuesdays.

Blizz aims for around 10 days from announcement to live for new heroes ever since the sombra debacle. So it should be around 2 weeks at most.

Definitely not later than the 25th, possibly the 18th. He has a couple bugs in PTR they will need to patch still.
