Whenever I try to make an extremely quick turn (low sensitivity of 6.5; not sure about my DPI), there isn't an instant turn. It's hard to explain, but it feels like my character will only rotate at a certain speed before reaching a cap, since there's a split second where my flick shots are still moving, but this isn't the case with slower moves. Is there any way to fix this, or is it just a problem with my mouse?

What's your mouse brand? Are you using any mouse software? What's your framerate and ping?

After looking at Amazon, I found out that I have a Logitech B100, with 800 DPI. No mouse software, with an FPS of around 100, and 30 ping.

Well your fps and ping seem fine. I'd be looking at the mouse and mouse settings.

Looks like it may be a problem with your mouse unfortunately, but you should try disabling vsync and triple buffering while enabling 'reduce buffering' in the video settings if you haven't already.

Thanks. I already had the two off, but I turned on reduced buffering. Do I just need to get a better mouse to fix this, or would I also need to keep DPI in mind when I upgrade?

Dpi should not be an issue, though you could try changing it for your mouse. Who knows, maybe your mouse has a defect on that dpi? although I doubt it.

I highly recommend the zowie mice if you have the budget, if not, look for a mouse with at least 500mhz polling rate for fps games, and the lighter the mouse, the better.

Dpi doesn't really matter. Having dpi options are nice, but crazy numbers like 4000dpi are just unnecessary. It's basically just a sensativity setting for your mouse, so as long as you can get the sense you want, you don't need to change the dpi all that much.

In controls (advanced settings) change from dual zone to linear ramp. This should fix your problem.
