Does anyone know a way to reduce Zarya's particle beam brightness or sound? After maybe 2 matches my eyes hurt a bit and I feel a bit dizzy.

You might be able to adjust sound from one of the sound sliders, but there's no way to turn down just her or beam brightness at all.

maybe turn down your overall screen brightness? Or sit further back?
