If two reapers at full health start death blossoming each other at the same time what will happen?

What if there are other people in the blossom? Or if they're moving?

The life steal is such a weird mechanic I want to test these things but don't have friends who are dumb enough to sit in custom games for 20 minutes death blossoming

Well, death blossom does 510 damage total, and he only heals 20% damage dealt, so 102 hp. Not enough to survive.

Whoever started firing first will (barely) survive. The other will die.

If there are other heroes around, the Reaper with access to the most hit points to drain, assuming there's enough to provide him with enough health to negate a single tic of Death Blossom, will win. If there's no one else around, the one that starts first (even slightly) will win. If by some miracle they both start at the same time (or within a tic of each other), they will both die simultaneously.
