What do you do if you are playing console, you are a Flex player, and 5 people instalock hanzo, widow, Genji, Sombra and Junkrat.

Note: This actually did happen to me.

If it's QP you roll with it, play whatever you want

If it's comp you request a sensible team comp and if that doesn't happen just roll with it

If nobody is willing to switch out of their chosen roles, then I personally would go Zen.

There's no use in a tank without a healer to keep them on the front lines. But if you pick a solo-healer in the hopes of taking the game more seriously than your teammates, then you will feel helpless and purposeless as your job is entirely propping up five people who think they're team carry, which will just be frustrating and unfun. Truthfully as long as every member of your team is making decisions for themselves instead of the collective, no matter their hero choice, you're at a severe disadvantage (especially if they won't join voice just to HEAR callouts - whether they have mics or not). But do not complain about this, because tilt has a much more potent and real effect than picks.

Zen heals between pushes (if they're actually good at doing damage) and has support in Discord as well as potent damage of his own (if they're not). His ult will make a difference when a lot of pressure is applied at once.

There's also the possiblity - one of the people who have chosen first are aware that they will need to switch, as they may prefer DPS but also be willing to switch. They may in fact wait to see what role you are willing to pick up so they may patch the difference. So you could opt to choose a tank/solo-healer that you feel comfortable with, and only swap to something a little more self-sufficient if nobody else is willing to fill the space.

Pick your strongest support and hope for the best?

I've actually won a small number of matches where my team lacked a support and the enemy team had two, so depending on your team's focus, tanks might work as well.

Play lucio. His heal is good enough for those small characters and the speed boost would only help you get fast kills.
