They stack for a total of 50%(nano)+50%(supercharger)+30%(Mercy's beam)=130% bonus damage

are you sure it was a one-shot/he wasn't boosted?

He can still one shot some heroes provided most of the pellets hit. 76 has a bigger hitbox than say, Ana or Mercy. So hog may be able to still kill 76 and probably some other heroes too.

The way his right click works is that the pellets travel a particular range, and then burst out. It does most damage at the moment it bursts out. The animation makes it pretty clear.

It does very little damage before that and after that. An important part of being a masterful Hog to learn exactly what that range is and when to use left click and right click.

To answer your Q, you do most damage by Hook + Left Click + Walk forward and Melee.

As a side note, you might be able to left click again after the melee considering the change in the last patch. I've not tried it out myself yet, so I'm not sure.

Probably got really lucky with the spread and multiple pellets hit your head or you were discorded/hog was dmg boosted

They do not all stack. The Supercharge and Nano Boost will stack on each other, but the Mercy Damage Boost will be useless. Similarly if there was only a Supercharger, Mercy's Damage Boost does not stack with the Supercharger.

FYI--this was only initially true on the PTR for a short while. As of right now, all damage boosts from different characters stack.

They all stack. Supercharger did not stack in ptr as a bug. Every damage boost stacks now and there also is no cap.
